IDfier, provided by SoLiDware AB, is a mobile application designed to offer secure and reliable identity verification services. The application serves two main functionalities:

  • Private ID Share: Allows users to securely verify each other's identities by sharing essential personal details such as full name and Swedish personal number. This feature is particularly useful for transactions and interactions that require a high level of trust.

  • Public Profile Verification: Enables users to authenticate the ownership of public profiles on various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and personal blogs. This helps in establishing credibility and assurance of identity on social and professional networks.

  • Secure Data Storage: All user data is housed exclusively in data centers located in Sweden, complying with local regulations and providing high availability and reliability.

3. Usage Policy

Unlawful Activities: You agree not to utilize the Service for any activities that are unlawful, which encompass but are not limited to, criminal or fraudulent undertakings, unauthorized access to or usage of data, and the violation of intellectual property rights.

Fair Usage: You agree to comply with any usage limitations specified within the Service, which may be subject to periodic updates.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, neither SoLiDware AB nor its employees, directors, affiliates, or agents shall be held liable for any form of indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
